       比如：progress,是由pro-,gress两部分组成，pro的意思是foward向前,gress的意思是step步。所以这个单词的意思是进步。再比如：reconstruct,是由re-,con-,struct组成，re-表示again再次,con-表示together共同,struct表示build建立,所以这个单词的意思是重建。

       2、结合读音规则记单词

       英语的读音和拼写形式是两套符号，但它们是统一的，有规律的。大多数单词的读音和拼写是一致的。如单音节词一般是按开音节和闭音节的读音规则读音。如：late[leit],tie[tai],lamp[lamp].stick[stik].

       子音字母的读音一般是固定的，如字母c在多数情况下读[k]只有在e,iy前面读,如rice[rais].city[‘siti],bicycle[baisik].

       -ate造成,-en使,-ity使,-ize使…化。形容词字尾：-less无,-ful充满,-able能够,-ish有…的,-ive性,-ly的，品质。副词字尾：-ly地，-wards向。词尾分组记忆：如-th表示“动作”，“过程”，“状态”，“性质”：birth出生,death死亡,depth深度,growth成长,wealth健康,width宽度.

       多义词尾组合记忆：如nation名词国家，national形容词国家的，nationalist名词国家主义，民主，nationality名词国民性，nationalize动词使国有化。

       6、合成记忆

       如：black+board=blackboard黑板,foot+ball=football足球,he+goat=hegoat公山羊。

       7、比较记忆法
